Water spinach- morning glory (Rau Muong)
Bamboo shoots (Mang)
Chayote (Su su)
Ceylon spinach (Rau Mung Toi)
Bitter Melon (Muop Dang- Kho Qua)
Maybe some pig bananas which are wild growing forerunners of our modern banana
